Introduction of Weather Business Strategy​. A These Terms of Use are between TWC Product and Technology LLC and its affiliated companies (collectively "TWCL") and you. The services covered by these Terms of Use ("Services") include all versions of TWCL's weather.com  website (the "Site"), mobile websites, and other Internet enabled or wireless means by which TWCL provides content to you or receives content from you, including, without limitation, downloadable or preloaded software applications (including, without limitation, The Weather Channel® personal computer applications, mobile applications, and tablet applications), content and blog submission services, chat rooms, message boards, text/SMS messaging, email messaging, alert products, and delivery of TWCL content to you at your request.

For purposes of these Terms of Use, "Services" do not, however, include: (A) websites, mobile websites, downloadable or preloaded software applications, content and blog submission services, chat rooms, message boards, text/SMS messaging, email messaging, and alert products of TWCL (i) that are provided under TWCL's Weather Underground brand and have separate terms and conditions made available to you, or (ii) that primarily serve advertising customers and have separate terms and conditions made available to you, or (B) any other products or services of TWCL. The Services are owned and operated by TWCL, but the Services may include elements licensed from or provided by third parties.
