We Specialize in Handmade Rum as well as a variety of other handcrafted spirits. Being native South Floridians with access to Sugarcane, we decided to focus our efforts on rum. Established in 2014, Fort Lauderdale’s oldest distillery started making high ester rum out of a counter-top 13-gallon stainless steel still. That small still created Fort Lauderdale’s first legal Rum, FWAYGO. With such a small industry in South Florida we saw the need for a craft spirits incubator, a place where we could turn spirit dreams into reality. Brand owners, hobby distillers and entrepreneurs came to us with visions of their own spirit brand. Those visions became reality and we are pleased to offer many of them in our tasting room.
