Our goal is simple: be the best bike shop in the country. What does this mean? Everything we do centres around creating the greatest customer experience possible with professionalism, maturity and communication. You can count on us to provide quick, relevant feedback and be honest and upfront about everything we do. We also commit to treating every customer equally and with respect.

We opened back in 1994 (when mountain bikes had 26” wheels) 50 metres south of where we currently are. We moved into our current location in 2011, and opened a second location in Ottawa's Hintonburg neighbourhood in 2019. The ownership has a combined 65 years in Ottawa's cycling community, and we've learned a lot along the way. We're always refining our product selection and our procedures to make sure we're bringing you the best products in a seamless experience.
